this is a research essay about how a Canadian immigrants voting changes over time (if it does change). past elections data must be looked at (going back a little over 20 years if possible). must have a reasonable number of charts and graphs to illustrate research. end with a conclusion that sums up the research, and maybe gives a few ideas as to why the results are what they are.
